Bibliography of sources for cantata articles

New project: Bach scholars avoid making commitments regarding many of the dates of the early cantatas. That said, I plan to listen to the cantatas in the order of the chronology on Simon Crouch's website. I will post each cantata as I listen. These are the reference books I will be using while listening to the cantatas; in each post I will list the CDs I have used. Here is a list, with links, of all the sources I have used for the chorales and the cantatas.
